You have to be logged in to download the link but if you access the forum through the official game site it won't stay logged in for some reason. It works fine if you go to the forum page directly though. Just to let everyone know.

that most depend on system and other factors like cache history needs clearing etc, stays logged in for me on all computers running vista, windows 7 and windows 10 using google chrome.
